Are you looking for all grain or extract (mini-mash)?

Attached is a scan of a recipe out of The Homebrewer's Recipe Guide by Higgins, Kilgore and Hertlein. It notes that Newcastle is actually a blend of two beers (big and old with small and young). I have not brewed this or any other Newcastle clone but a quick web search showed quite a few possibilities. Some called for brewing two beers and blending and some were the "all in one pot" variety. Good luck with it. -V
